Too Close

Perhaps it would be better if you just admire me from afar.
I’ve lost too many people by letting them get a little too close.

On War and Terrorism

Posted: November 19, 2015 in Uncategorized

First ever post regarding what’s trending nowadays.

A lot of people blame the Syrians. A lot of people label Muslims as terrorists. A lot of people are angry with, well, a whole lot of other people.

But this is only the tip of the iceberg. Ask then yourself, why are they doing that? Take your perception of facts a little further, your analysis a little deeper. The ISIS had started somewhere. Something or someone propelled them into this direction. They chose it and they’re responsible, yes. But they did not wake up one day and decide to annihilate people randomly.

The ISIS did not “start” this. They are simply continuing a vicious cycle of killing-killing for revenge- killing again.

I’m not saying the ISIS is justified in what they are doing. They’re not. And they will be accountable. What I’m saying is this is a problem that cannot be solved by–guess what–killing these so-called terrorists. You have to get out of that cycle, break free from the current that pulls us all down to brutality and murder.

I’m not saying the ISIS is right. I’m saying we aren’t completely blameless, either.
